Growing Your Small Business

This free workshop will benefit existing small business owners, individuals getting started in business and those interested in going into business. It focuses on the fundamentals of federal taxes for small business owners, including entity choice, recordkeeping, business income and expenses and estimated tax. The seminar also references the basics of small business tax forms, including Schedule C (Form 1040), Profit or Loss from Business (Sole Proprietorship), Schedule SE (Form 1040), Self-Employment Tax, and Form 1040-ES, Estimated Tax for Individuals. This small business tax workshop provides an opportunity to get answers to a wide range of tax questions on launching and growing a new business. IRS small business products will be distributed to attendees at the event.
