Event Information: This workshop provides an in-depth review of financial management for the existing business or serious entrepreneur in the pre-start-up mode. The class focuses on the Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and discusses expenses, start-up costs, cash cycles, granting and receiving credit, pricing, inventory, asset acquisition and financing options. The outcome is a client that has a much broader understanding of the financial requirements for operating a business and being profitable. In partnership with SCORE, IRS Stakeholder Liaison provides small business tax materials as part of the resources available to workshop participants free of charge. Event Information: The Business Information Seminars, offered by Cleveland SCORE, provide an overview of their services to individuals who are planning a startup business as well as people that have an existing business and who are looking for ways to improve their cash flow, revitalize their marketing programs and other ways to improve revenue. There is no cost to attend these seminars. SCORE is partnering with IRS by providing IRS small business materials and services during their discussion of taxes.
