1."e-Postcard" Regulations - Comments Due February 15, 2008
The IRS and Treasury Department have issued guidance to clarify how and when certain small tax-exempt organizations must file an annual electronic notice. Comments must be submitted by February 15, 2008.

2. Current Climate for Charities
