There are three employment tax credits generally available to businesses that do business with or employ Native Americans:
- Empowerment Zone Employment Credit (section 1396);
- Indian Employment Credit (section 45A)-extended until 12/31/11; and the
- Work Opportunity Credit (section 51)-extended until 12/31/11;
