What You Need to Do

  • If you owe, pay the amount now. We will not add any additional charges if we receive your payment by {due date}.
  • Make your check or money order payable to the United States Treasury. If you are enrolled in the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System System (EFTPS), you may use that method to make your payment.   • Write your Taxpayer Identification Number, tax form number and the tax period on your payment. Please mail your payment with the bottom part of this notice in the enclosed envelope.
