This list is continually updated as new state-qualified health plans become available. When you call one of these current plans, ask for information about HCTC state-qualified products (they may also be known as TAA health plans).

State-Qualified Health Plans Offered in 2012
Use this list if you intend to claim the Yearly HCTC on your 2012 federal income tax return, to verify that you were enrolled in one of the specific state-qualified health plan products available last year on or after the effective date listed.

This list is updated once per year, most recently as of January 31, 2013. If you were not enrolled in one of these products, your plan does not qualify as a state-qualified health plan and you may not be able to claim the yearly HCTC unless you have another type of qualified health insurance.
