Tax Trails - Can You Claim the Child and Dependent Care Credit?

To calculate the amount of the credit, you multiply a percentage by your work-related dependent care expenses. The expenses that you can take into account are subject to a dollar limit. Dependent care benefits you receive from an employer that you can exclude from gross income also reduce the dollar limit. For the applicable percentages and dollar limits for the year, see Publication 503, Child and Dependent Care Expenses

Was the amount of any excludable dependent care benefits you received greater than or equal to the applicable dollar limit on work-related expenses?
