Carol Mullins, Director, Submission Processing MITS
Carol is responsible for the software development, operation and maintenance for the applications which support both legacy and modernized electronic filing, the applications that support the processing of paper tax returns and many of the systems in the tax processing pipeline. Carol has over 20 years experience as a project manager in software development organizations.
Prior to joining the IRS in 2004, Carol served as the project manager for the development and maintenance of the Marine Corps' integrated pay and personnel system, MCTFS.
