XML Schemas
The schemas will be available for ATS on October 31, 2011. The schemas will be available for Production in Janurary 2012.
The "Diff" Files in the schema package identify the changes.
Business Rules
The Form 1040 (2011v3.0) business rules have been posted in two (2) formats that contain identical information: Adobe (.pdf) and Comma Separated Values (.csv).
