Quality Review Sheet

As a last step, use the Quality Review Sheet from Form 13614-C, Intake/Interview & Quality Review Sheet, or approved alternative form, to check for errors on the tax return before the taxpayer signs it and leaves the site.

Be sure to verify that all adjustments, deductions and credits have been reviewed with the taxpayer and included on the return. Include all necessary supporting documents with the return.

Remember to consider each box that applies to a taxpayer's situation in order to ensure all the necessary questions and issues have been addressed. If items are incorrect or incomplete, revisit the issue and make corrections to the return and the approved intake and interview sheet, as needed.
