ITG FAQ #10 Answer-What should the casino do if a currency transaction exceeds $10,000 and is suspicious?

 

If a currency transaction exceeds $10,000 and is suspicious, the institution must file both FinCEN Form 102, Suspicious Activity Report by Casinos and Card Clubs (SARC), and FinCEN Form 103, Currency Transaction Report by Casinos (CTRC).
