ITG FAQ #13 Answer-Can a casino receive more time to file SARC if it can't identify the suspect on the date the suspicious transaction is detected?

 

The casino may be allowed an additional 30 calendar days to file the FinCEN Form 102, (SARC) if it cannot identify the suspect on the date the suspicious transaction is detected.
