ITG FAQ #14 Answer-Is a casino required to file a SARC for a robbery/burglary committed/attempted that is reported to law enforcement authorities?

 

A casino is not required to file a FinCEN Form 102, (SARC) for a robbery or burglary committed or attempted that is reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
