HCTC Program Updates
- HCTC Online Tutorial
The HCTC Program has developed an online tutorial that is customized for both partners and individuals. Take the tutorial now* to learn more about the program, including how the HCTC works, who is eligible, how to enroll in the monthly HCTC, and how to claim the yearly HCTC.
*It is important to read the Latest News page before viewing the Online Tutorial, as this page will describe recent changes to the HCTC made by the TAA Extension Act of 2011. We are currently working to update the Online Tutorial to reflect these changes, since some of the content is outdated. Thank you for your understanding while we make these updates.
