HCTC Latest News, Overview and Background
The Trade Adjustment Assistance Health Coverage Improvement Act was recently passed as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The HCTC now pays 80% of qualified health insurance premiums for eligible individuals, allowing monthly participants to pay only 20% of their health plan premiums each month.
