Correction to the 2012 Instructions for Form 1120-REIT, U.S. Income Tax Return for Real Estate Investment Trusts -- 13-FEB-2013
If you downloaded the 2012 Instructions for Form 1120-REIT before February 11, 2013, please note the following.
On page 8, under "Item H. PBA Code (Equity REITs Only)", principal business activity (PBA) code 531114 - Cooperative Housing has been deleted from the list of PBA codes for an equity REIT.
The corrected version of the 2012 Instructions for Form 1120-REIT is available for download.
