Corrections to the 2011 Form 8834 -- 12-DEC-2011
If you downloaded the 2011 Form 8834 before December 11, 2011, please note the following corrections.
On page 3, in the line 21 instructions, the line reference for Form 5695 should be to line 14.
On page 4, in the line 26b instructions, the line reference for Form 8859 should be to line 9.
A corrected version of Form 8834 is now available on IRS.gov.
