Form 944-SS, Employer's ANNUAL Federal Tax Return—American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
For tax year 2012 and later, Form 944–SS, Employer’s ANNUAL Federal Tax Return (American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), is eliminated due to the low volume of employers filing this form. Employers who would otherwise file a Form 944–SS will file a Form 944 or Form 944(SP) for 2012, unless they request to file quarterly Forms 941-SS.
