How to Become a Subcontractor

The TIPSS-3 Contracts provide a broad range of Information Technology related services for the Department of Treasury, Treasury Bureaus and other federal agencies.

The TIPSS-3 Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts support Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (term and completion), Firm-Fixed Price, and Time and Materials task orders including performance based.  There are 21 TIPSS-3 contracts that provide the full range of information processing support services.  All TIPSS-3 Prime Contractors are qualified to provide support in one or more specialized task area.

Companies interested in becoming a subcontractor should contact the Program Manager for each TIPSS-3 Prime contractor to express their interest.  A Listing of Program Managers for TIPSS-3 Prime Contractors is provided on the Listing of Program Managers web page.
