Publication 3319, 2013 Grant Application Package and Guidelines (PDF)
This publication outlines the guidelines and requirements for a qualifying participant in the IRS LITC Program and provides instructions on how to apply for an LITC grant award for the 2013 grant cycle.

Publication 4134, Low Income Taxpayer Clinic List (PDF)
A state-by-state LITC list, with organization name, city, state, phone number(s), type of clinic, and languages served listed for each clinic. Income ceilings for low income representation (250% of Poverty Guidelines) are included as well.

LITC Grant Application Forms

The Internal Revenue Service has announced the opening of the 2013 Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) grant application process. Applications must be submitted no later than June 15, 2012. (IR-2012-50, May 2, 2012)

All LITC grant application forms are available through Grants.gov.
