This office accepts Form W-7, Application for IRS Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, with required identity documents, however:
- This office does not review or certify any supporting documentation submitted with the application.
- All documents, both original and copies certified by issuing agency, will be forwarded with the Form W-7 application to IRS ITIN Office.
