Final Release of 2011 Original Issue Discount (OID) Tables
The Internal Revenue Service has released the final OID tables to include information received during November and December of 2011. The following items are added:
- Section I-B: 92 securities;
- Section III-D: 5 short-term notes; and
- Section III-F: 75 short-term notes.
The 2011 tables are available in two formats text and PDF. The 2011 tables are also available at www.irs.gov/pub1212, Guide to Original Issue Discount (OID) Instruments.
The 2011 OID tables in Microsoft Word, Excel, and HTML are available upon request at the following email address: Pub1212@irs.gov. Please specify desired format.
Prior year versions of the tables are also available.
