Schedule D-1 (Form 1041), Continuation Sheet For Schedule D (Form 1041)
Beginning with tax year 2013, this schedule will no longer be revised or used to report capital gain and loss transactions. This schedule is a historical form, and prior-year versions of the form can only be used when filing a late or amended return.
