| How to Become A Subcontractor | - The TIPSS-4 Contracts provide a broad range of Information Technology related services for the Department of Treasury and Treasury Bureaus. There are 32 TIPSS-4 contracts that provide the full range of information processing support services. Companies interested in becoming a subcontractor should contact the Program Manager for each TIPSS-4 Prime contractor to express their interest.
