What is this letter and why am I receiving it?

We wrote to you because we didn't receive your monthly installment payment.

What do I have to do?

You don't need to respond to this letter. However, you need to know we will cancel your agreement if you miss another payment. Be sure to mail your payment so that it reaches us on or before your payment due date (allow 5-7 business days).

What if I don't agree or have already taken corrective action?

If you've already made your monthly payment, you can ignore this letter. If you have questions or if you believe we have failed to apply a payment you made, call us at the telephone number shown on your letter.
