It explains that you may get to this menu by pressing [ALT] and using the right arrow key until you highlight the 'Exit' menu, or by clicking the mouse button on the 'Exit' tab. The options under the exit menu include: Exit this Return, Mark for Leaad Editor, Exit to Form Selection, Exit to Reject Screen, Re-Open this Return, and Browse this Return.
