Include Your Telephone Number When You Email EPCU

Have you sent an email to the Employee Plans Compliance Unit (EPCU), but didn’t receive a response? That’s because the EPCU can’t respond to you or your representative by email.

We’re not ignoring you, but because of disclosure laws and concerns about identity theft, we can’t answer your questions via email, text messaging or social media. When you email your questions to, include your phone number and the best time to reach you, and we’ll contact you with answers.
