Form 56, Notice Concerning Fiduciary Relationship
You may use this form to provide notification to the IRS of the creation or termination of a fiduciary relationship under section 6903 and give notice of qualification under section 6036.

Form 1040A, U.S. Individual Income Tax Return
Annual income tax return filed by citizens and residents of the United States.

Form 1040-ES, Estimated Tax for Individuals
Use this package to figure and pay your estimated tax.

Form 1040NR, U.S. Nonresident Alien Income Tax Return
You may need to file Form 1040NR if you were a nonresident alien engaged in a trade or business in the United States, represented a deceased person who would have had to file Form 1040NR, or represented an estate or trust that had to file Form 1040NR.

Form 2555, Foreign Earned Income
If you qualify, you can use this form to figure your foreign earned income exclusion and your housing exclusion or deduction. You cannot exclude or deduct more than your foreign earned income for the year.

Form 3903, Moving Expenses
Use this form to figure your moving expense deduction for a move related to the start of work at a new principal place of work (workplace). If the new workplace is outside the United States or its possessions, you must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien to deduct your expenses.

Form 4563, Exclusion of Income for Bona Fide Residents of American Samoa
Use this form to figure the amount of income from American Samoa you may exclude from your gross income.

Form 4797, Sales of Business Property
Use this form to report the sale or exchange of property, the involuntary conversion of property, the disposition of noncapital assets, the disposition of capital assets, gain or loss for partners and S corporation shareholders and the computation of recapture amounts under sections 179 and 280F(b)(2).

Form 4972, Tax on Lump-Sum Distributions (From Qualified Plans of Participants Born Before January 2, 1936)
Use this form to figure the tax on a qualified lump-sum distribution using the 20% capital gain election, the 10-year tax option, or both.

Form 5329, Additional Taxes on Qualified Plans (Including IRAs) and Other Tax-Favored Accounts
Use this form to report additional taxes on IRAs, other qualified retirement plans, modified endowment contracts, Coverdell ESAs, QTPs, Archer MSAs, or HSAs.

Form 8606, Nondeductible IRAs
Use this form to report nondeductible contributions you made to traditional IRAs; distributions from traditional, SEP, or SIMPLE IRAs, if you have ever made nondeductible contributions to traditional IRAs; conversions from traditional, SEP, or SIMPLE IRAs to Roth IRAs; and distributions from Roth IRAs

Form 8815, Exclusion of Interest From Series EE and I U.S. Savings Bonds Issued After 1989
If you cashed series EE or I U.S. savings bonds this year that were issued after 1989, you may be able to exclude from your income part or all of the interest on those bonds. Use this form to figure the amount of any interest you may exclude.

Form 8839, Qualified Adoption Expenses
Use this form to figure the amount of your adoption credit and any employer-provided adoption benefits you can exclude from your income.

Form 8853, Archer MSAs and Long-Term Care Insurance Contracts
Use this form to report Archer MSA contributions, figure your Archer MSA deduction, report distributions from Archer MSAs or Medicare Advantage MSAs, report taxable payments from long-term care (LTC) insurance contracts, or report taxable accelerated death benefits from a life insurance policy.

Form 8949, Sales and Other Dispositions of Capital Assets
Use this form to reconcile amounts that were reported to you and the IRS on Form 1099-B or 1099-S (or substitute statement) with the amounts you report on your return.

Form W-4P, Withholding Certificate for Pension or Annuity Payments
Use this form to tell payers the correct amount of federal income tax to withhold from pensions, annuities (including commercial annuities), and certain other deferred compensation.
