On page 16, instructions for line 18b have been added to account for the addition of line 18b to the Schedule D Tax Worksheet in the 2018 Instructions for Schedule D (Form 1040). The instructions for lines 42 and 44 have been corrected to reflect corresponding changes in the 2018 Instructions for Form 8615.
