Form 1040A.   Form 1040A filers will now file Form 2441 to claim child and dependent care expenses. Schedule 2 (Form 1040A), Child and Dependent Care Expenses for Form 1040A Filers, is now obsolete. For any prior year returns (before 2009) that need to be filed, still use Schedule 2.
