The owner of this passport submitted it to us, as documentation for obtaining an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number.However, when we mailed the passport back to the applicant, the a US Postal Service returned it to us undeliverable. We have tried for over six months to get a better address for the document to be delivered, to no avail.
