For information on local office closures, IRS employees should call the 24/7 Emergency Hotline — 866-743-5748, select option 3, then put in your state's two-letter abbreviation or select # for a list of campus locations. For TTY access (Federal Relay Service), call 800-877-8339.
All IRS offices will be closed on Friday, May 24, 2013, due to the current budget situation. With the exception of pre-notified personnel, employees should not report to work and no employees should perform IRS work activities on this day. We will resume normal operations the next business day.
