Before you begin your CE Provider application, be sure you have the following available:

  • Information about your organization (name, address, EIN)
  • Contact information for a primary point of contact for your organization
  • Supplemental materials (view this chart for the requirements specific to your organization type)
  • For each CE program offered:
    • Program title
    • Description (view samplesPDF)
    • Target audience (e.g., EA, ERPA)
    • Category (e.g. ethics, federal tax/tax related matters, etc.) 
    • Delivery method (e.g., in-person, self-study, online)
    • Number of CE hours received
  • Credit card, Paypal or bank account payment information to process your non-refundable $650 application fee
