Correction to the 2020 Instructions for Schedule K-1 (Form 1041)

On page 3, under "Box 11, Codes C and D - Unused Capital Loss Carryover", we are making the following corrections.

In the second paragraph, the code for a short-term capital loss carryover is corrected to code C.

In the third paragraph, the code for a long-term capital loss carryover is corrected to code D.
