The Automated Underreporter (AUR) survey invites taxpayers who had a recent interaction with the IRS to share feedback about their experience.

Participation is voluntary, but your input is highly valuable. Your responses help improve IRS services, tools, and communication. The survey takes 5 minutes and will remain open for 60 days from the date of your invitation letter.

Each invitation includes a secure PIN that allows access to the survey and protects your confidentiality. Reminder letters will include the same PIN if the original invitation is misplaced. After clicking the button below, you will be prompted to enter your PIN to begin.
