Privacy seal providers acceptable to IRS

 

Any Privacy Seal Provider who has been identified by the Online Privacy Alliance (OPA) to meet OPA’s Guidelines for Effective Enforcement of Self Regulation is acceptable to the IRS. See Privacy Alliance Resources.
