Kansas IRS NATP Symposium

Location: Johnson County Community College, Regnier Center, Room 101, 12345 College Blvd., Overland Park, KS 66210
Event Information: The Symposium is designed in a way to encourage practitioners to address important tax topics and issues with IRS representatives firsthand. Representatives from the IRS will provide information to tax professionals on the following topics:

  • Collection
  • Tax Pro Data Theft and Protection
  • Tax Law Updates
  • Taxpayer Advocate's Office, Appeals
  • and more

There is a cost for this event that is being charged by the Kansas Chapter of NATP. The registration fee is $90 for early registration (deadline July 28, 2022), after that, the registration fee is $100. Fees include refreshments, lunch and CPE hours. IRS is not charging for this event. Sign-in the day of the event will begin at 7:30 a.m.

Also, Taxpayer Advocate is offering Problem Resolution Appointments the day of the event. Appointments need to be scheduled no later than July 22, 2022. Contact the Taxpayer Advocate to schedule an appointment at: 316-651-2108.

Participants will receive up to eight (8) hours of Continuing Professional Education, CE for EAs, or Legal Education.
