Don't use Form 720-X to claim refunds when a remittance transfer is cancelled or expired

Form 720-X should not be used to claim a refund when a remittance transfer is cancelled or expired. Instead, the sender may file a claim for refund when a remittance transfer is cancelled or expired on Schedule 6 (Form 8849), Other Claims.
