Form 8917, Tuition and Fees Deductions, is now historical.  The January 2020 revision is the last revision of the form. Prior version will be available on IRS.gov. Tuition and fees deduction was repealed for 2021 and later years by Public Law 116-260, Div. EE, sec. 104.
