No penalty for not electronically filing Forms 1120-REIT, 1120-RIC, 1120-L, and 1120-PC for 2025

Forms 1120-REIT, I120-RIC, 1120-L, and 1120-PC are expected to be eligible for electronic filing (e-file) in March 2026. There will be no penalty for not e-filing these tax forms for this year due to the late start of the e-file capability. Filers of these forms will be expected to file electronically next year.
