If you downloaded or printed the 2023 Schedule K-2 (Form 8865) between November 6, 2023 and February 20, 2024, please note that in Part VII, Section 1-General information, we removed column (j) Election by partnership (enter code—see instructions) and updated the headings for the remaining columns (k) through (n) to columns (j) through (m).
