Form 8302, Electronic Deposit of Tax Refund of $1 Million or More, is now historical. Form 8302 is not a required form. It is a form used for refunds of $1 million or more for returns that do not have direct deposit lines on them or didn’t already use Form 8050. There are no longer any such forms since we have now added direct deposit lines to all tax forms. The 2018 Form 8302 will be the last revision.
