2025 EITC Tax Awareness Day with SPEC

Celebrating the 50th year anniversary of the Earned Income Tax Credit on the 2025 Earned Income Awareness Day. SPEC/CASH is an underserved stakeholder whose primary mission is to assist, support and advocate for underserved taxpayers. Filing season 2025: Filing 2024 tax year return

This event will be delivered in person by IRS Stakeholder Liaison, Jacqueline Kelly-Myers. The purpose of the presentation is to inform, educate and prepare taxpayers with the all the information necessary to file accurate and timely returns. She will also briefly discuss the various credits and refer taxpayers to the publications for additional information. Lastly, various ways to file returns for free, including Direct File will also be included in the discussion, a Q&A period and a one-on-ones. Registration not required.

Home & residential energy credits
