您发送的信息必须含有Submission ID (提交识别号码) 和所有拒绝信息。

说明

  1. 复制并粘贴整个拒绝邮件內容到搜索框中。
  2. 从拒绝电子邮件的 "Dear Free File Fillable Forms Taxpayer:" ("亲爱的免费报税可填写表格纳税人：") 开始复制,  直至“This email was generated from an automatic system, which is not monitored for responses.”（ “此电子邮件是由自动系统产生的，没有回复服务.”）之后停止复制。
  3. 从第5 步—— 复制强调显示文字下方的所有拒绝内容, “For solutions, copy and paste all the rejection data into the IRS Error Search Tool.”（ “如需解决方案，请将所有拒绝资料复制并粘贴到IRS 错误搜索工具中）。

不遵循這些搜索說明可能會導致搜索結果不準確。
