The Income Verification Express Service (IVES) program lets participants, mortgage lenders, banks, credit unions and others, request taxpayer authorization for the IRS to provide tax transcripts and wage statements in the loan application process. Request transcripts online or by fax with Form 4506-C, IVES Request for Transcript of Tax Return PDF. A $4 fee is required for each transcript requested. Receive transcripts through a WebUI account or secure mailbox. Request transcripts online IVES now provides transcripts in near real-time with taxpayer authorization through their online account. With two online options, IVES participants can choose an avenue that works best for their company model. These updates to IVES are in response to the Taxpayer First Act.
