Must we limit our response to the space provided on Schedule L? No. A response to a Schedule LPDF question that does not fit in the space provided on Schedule L should be placed on Schedule L, Part V. Note: Schedule L may be copied to include additional information. Use Schedule O (Form 990 – 990-EZ) to provide required supplemental information as described in Part VI of Form 990.
