Logging On to ExSTARS

If You are Not Able to Logon, You will Receive a Message Stating:  Login Failed, Your User Account has Been Disabled.

This is the message you receive when your password has expired if you have made 3 unsuccessful login attempts, failed to login within the last 45 days or have not changed your password within the last 90 days. You must call the help desk to have your password reset.
