Logon to Your Account - ExSTARS Users
If you are not able to logon, you will receive a message stating: Login Failed, Your User Account has Been Disabled.
You will receive this message if:
- your password has expired,
- you have made 3 unsuccessful login attempts,
- you failed to login within the last 45 days, or
- you have not changed your password within the last 90 days.
You must call the EDI Help Desk to have your password reset for these reasons or if your password has been compromised.
