Logon to Your Account - ExSTARS Users
If you are not able to logon, you will receive a message stating: Login Failed, Your User Account has Been Disabled.
You will receive this message if:
- your password has expired due to not changing it within the last 90 days,
- you failed to login within the last 45 days, or
- you have made 3 unsuccessful login attempts.
You must call the EDI Help Desk to have your password reset for these reasons or if your password has been compromised.
