This workshop will take you on an in-depth review of financial management for the existing business or serious entrepreneur in the pre-start-up mode. The workshop focuses on the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow and discusses expenses, start-up costs, cash cycles, granting and receiving credit, pricing, inventory, asset acquisition and financing options. The outcome is a client that has a much broader understanding of the financial requirements for operating a business and being profitable. These workshops also offer an opportunity to interact with other local business owners. How to Start Your Business

The Business Information Seminars, offered by Cleveland SCORE, provide an overview of their services to individuals who are planning a startup business, as well as people that have an existing business and who are looking for ways to improve their cash flow, revitalize their marketing programs and increase revenue. SCORE is partnering with IRS by providing small business materials and services at no charge during their discussion of taxes. The seminars are held in the conference room on the lower level at the US Bank Building (enter at East 14th Street entrance). Parking nearby (rates vary).
