The following links provide information on the companies that have passed the IRS Assurance Testing System (ATS) requirements for Software Developers of electronic Exempt Organizations (990, 990-EZ, 990-PF, 990-N, 990-T, 4720, 5227, 8868 and 1120-POL) and Other Tax Exempt Entities (5330 and 8038-CP) MeF Returns. It does not mean that a software package includes every possible schedule or attachment, or that it will meet the needs of all filers. It is the filer's responsibility to contact the provider to determine if the software meets their needs.

Caution: The IRS has provided links to these companies' websites. Only companies that are an Authorized IRS e-file Provider with a valid Software Identification Number are listed. The IRS removes Web sites from the pages listed below when the IRS confirms a Web site is no longer active.
