Changes to certain SSA Employer Services Liaison Officers (ESLOs) phone numbers in the 2026 General Instructions for Forms W-2 and W-3

 

The SSA’s Employer Services Liaison Officers (ESLOs) phone numbers in the 2026 General Instructions for Forms W-2 and W-3 have changed for certain U.S. territories. As of June 12, 2026, please use the following phone numbers. 

  • For the U.S. Virgin Islands: 877-424-7815, ext. 25835 (toll free).
  • For Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa: 877-424-7815, ext. 66530 (toll free).
